International Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process based on your pin code serviceability and the net weight of the order. International shipping fees are as follows:

Once your order is dispatched, it will reach you within 10 business days. Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Customs and Duties
Any customs charges, brokerage fees, or applicable taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Chunmun.store will not be liable for these charges.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) from Monday to Saturday will be delivered within 10 business days.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) will also be delivered within 10 business days.
- During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an additional 5 to 7 business days.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to free zones.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your chunmun.store account.
- Click on ‘My Account’.
- Select ‘Order History’.
- Choose the order number you wish to track and click ‘View Details’.
- Click on ‘Courier Tracking’ to check your shipment status.
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives for delivery, they will attempt to deliver two more times. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us. To reschedule the delivery, contact us within one working day at:
