International Return Policy

• Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire within 7 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
• For all other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the purchased item within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a free shipping label.
• If our products arrive damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send a free replacement, regardless of the expiration date.
• International return requests must be initiated via email or phone before shipping the item back.
